Meet Charles and Dinorah
It’s our love letter to the original husband-wife owners of The Pearl Hotel who embarked on their journey to create the Sportsman's Lodge in the 1960s. Decades and a name change later, we’re paying homage to the property’s history through this namesake neighborhood eatery.
With Chef Andrew Santana (Arcadia, Plumed Horse, Campfire) at the helm, Charles and Dinorah delivers an adventurous, yet approachable dining destination for both travelers and locals alike – offering the opportunity to experience familiar dishes prepared through a global lens.
Always seasonal and market-driven, and best shared with a communal spirit, Chef Santana's playful riffs can be enjoyed in the restaurant, over the bar or at our relaxed poolside tables.
Complement with our boutique selection of wines or a cocktail (or two) from Bar Manager TJ Majeske, who will engage with his vast knowledge of the craft.
